Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via DM on the same day the order was placed. We can only cancel orders before they are shipped.

Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is no longer possible through our system.

If your order has already been dispatched, you may inform the courier that you no longer wish to receive the package when they contact you for delivery.

We kindly ask customers to place orders carefully and responsibly to avoid unnecessary shipping costs and delays.
