Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please submit a return request and include clear photos of the issue. Our team will prioritize these cases and assist you as quickly as possible.

• Items returned in a worn, damaged, washed, or altered condition will not be eligible for a refund.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
