3. Can I return my order?

Yes 🤍 You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, as long as the item is in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, and in original packaging).

Please make sure the item is in its original condition.


5. What if I receive a damaged item?

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via DM with clear photos, and we will assist you as soon as possible.

7. Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us via DM on the same day you placed it.
If the order has already been shipped, you may inform the courier that you no longer wish to receive it when they contact you.
